Southern Kent Island Sewer Project Update May 24, 2024

Phase 3 Kentmorr & Queen Anne Colony: STEP tank placement began in January 2024, in the Kentmorr Community. Since that time 42 STEP tanks have been installed and connected to the public sewer. Cole Ventures is projected to have the community of Kentmorr completed by the beginning of September 2024 (weather permitting) and then move on the Queen Anne Colony Community.

Phase 4 Chesapeake Estates, Matapeake, and The Sunny Isle of Kent: On December 6, 2023, ECM Contracting received notice to proceed for the installation of the Community Mains in Phase 4 of the SKI project. Phase 4 Community Mains project is scheduled to begin in early June of 2024.
