16-01 STEP

Since July the contractor continues to complete yard restorations and submit finalized as- builts to the SKI Community Office.

20-01 STEP

June – August the contractor installed 33 STEP Tanks and connected 32 homes to the Public Sewer System.  Tower Gardens sewer utility work took place on North Lake Dr, Calvert Dr, Tower Dr and Drovers Way. Eight homes met the requirements for a priority connection and the contractor completed seven.  The contractor also worked on yard restorations and completed 32 as-builts.
