SKI 16-01 STEP

For the months of May – July 31^st  2021, the contractor installed 39 STEP tanks and completed 82 house connections to the Southern Kent Island Public Sewer System.  There are a few houses that have not been connected to the Public Sewer System due to demolition and construction to be connected when ready.  

The contractor will to continue with yard restoration.  

•   The contractor installed 773 STEP tanks.  1 remaining.
•   The contractor connected 769 houses to the public sewer system, with an exception of 5 remaining that are either pending demolition and/or construction

SKI 20-02 Tower Gardens Community Mains

Restoration was completed to all disturbed areas.  

SKI 20-01 Tower Gardens STEP

For the months of May – July 31^st  2021, The contractor installed 22 STEP tanks and completed 21 house connections to the Southern Kent Island sewer system.  Sewer construction work along with yard restoration has taken place on Calvert Drive, Drovers Way, Tower Drive and North Lake Drive.

• The contractor installed 22 STEP tanks, 178 remaining
• The contractor connected 21 houses to the public sewer system, 179 remaining
