June 30th, 2022- Southern Kent Island (SKI) Sanitary Project Phase 2
Previous work completed 33 connections on North Lake Drive.
21-01 STEP
On May 25th, 2022 – SKI Sewer Project Phase 2 Tower Gardens resumed construction by Cole Ventures, Inc. to the remaining 168 homes. Public sewer construction has re-started installing STEP tanks, continuing with house connections along with other utility requirements. The contractor has started with the remaining homes on North Lake Drive and plans to proceed to Beachside Drive.
As of June 30th, 2022 –
- County Staff has performed a total of 110 pre-construction meetings and acquired 196 easements to date.
- The contractor has installed 13 STEP tanks to date.
- The contractor has connected 13 Houses to the public sewer system to date.
