Previous (2021)  work completed 33 connections.

21-01 STEP

For the month of July 2022  SKI Sewer Project Phase 2 Tower Gardens the contractor installed 9 STEP tanks and completed 9 house connections on North Lake Drive.

Along with other utility requirements and yard restorations the contractor only has 5 houses remaining on North Lake Dr before heading to Beachside Dr.

• County Staff has performed a total of 133 pre-construction meetings and acquired 196 easements to date.
• The contractor has installed 22 STEP tanks to date.
• The contractor has connected 22 Houses to the public sewer system to date.
