STEP

This week the contractor completed 3 house connections to the Public Sewer System on Romancoke Road, Penny Lane and Pennick Drive.   The contractor installed 2 STEP tanks on North Lake and Oregon Roads.   Two STEP pump assemblies were installed to previously installed BIO tubes and one STEP pump assembly with a BIO Tube in addition to 121LF of 4”gravity sewer line installed to the individual homes.  The contractor completed 3 septic tank abandonments during the week.  Four control panels were placed by the contractor along with the installation of 742LF of 1” electrical conduit and 1” pressure sewer line.  The contractor completed ten electric meter replacements / modifications for the week on Elm Street, Tennessee, Queen Anne, Talbot and Oregon Roads.  Yard restorations were limited this week due to rainfall; Southern Kent Island recorded 2.2” of rain this week.   Next week, the contractor will continue with 1” drill shots and priority list house connections.  The contractor will continue to post signs for upcoming house connection locations.
