16-01 STEP

This week the contractor completed 3 house connections to the Public Sewer System on Elm Street, Ackerman Drive and Tennessee Road.  The contractor installed 2 STEP tanks on Penny Lane and Baltimore Road.   One STEP pump assembly was installed to a previously installed BIO tube and two STEP pump assemblies with a BIO Tube were installed in addition to 121LF of 4″gravity sewer line installed to the individual homes.  The contractor completed 3 septic tank abandonments during the week. Three control panels were placed by the contractor along with the installation of 598LF of 1″ electrical conduit and 1″ pressure sewer line.  The contractor completed six electric meter replacements / modifications for the week on Tennessee and Brick House Roads.  The contractor continues with daily yard restorations.  Next week, the contractor will continue with 1″ drill shots and priority list house connections.  The contractor will continue to post signs for upcoming house connection locations. Southern Kent Island recorded 7.6”   of rain for the month of May.
