STEP

This week the contractor completed 4 house connections to the Public Sewer System on Penny Lane, Claiborne, Oregon, and Maryland Roads.  The contractor installed 1 STEP tank on Howard Road.   Three STEP pump assemblies were installed to a previously installed BIO tubes and one STEP pump assembly with a BIO Tube was installed in addition to 155LF of 4″gravity sewer line installed to the individual homes.  The contractor completed 5 septic tank abandonments during the week. Three control panels were placed by the contractor along with the installation of 358LF of 1″ electrical conduit and 1″ pressure sewer line.  The contractor completed ten electric meter replacements / modifications for the week on Queen Anne   and Frederick Roads.  The contractor continues with daily yard restorations.  Next week, the contractor will continue with 1″ drill shots, existing and priority list house connections.  The contractor will update road signs for upcoming house connection locations.  County staff has performed 542 pre- construction meetings and acquired 755 easements to date.
