STEP

This week the contractor completed 4 house connections to the Public Sewer System on Bay Drive and North Lake Road.   The contractor installed 3 STEP tanks on Howard, North Lake and Queen Anne Roads.   Four STEP pump assemblies were installed to a previously installed BIO tubes in addition to 113LF of 4″gravity sewer line installed to the individual homes.  The contractor completed 4 septic tank abandonments during the week.  Five control panels were placed by the contractor along with the installation of 447LF of 1″ electrical conduit and 1″ pressure sewer line.  The contractor completed Five electric meter replacements / modifications for the week on Queen Anne Road.  The contractor continues with daily yard restorations.  Next week, the contractor will continue with 1″ drill shots, existing and priority list house connections.  The contractor will update road signs for upcoming house connection locations.  County staff has performed 549 pre- construction meetings and acquired 755 easements to date.
