21-01 STEP

Progress for the months of January and February 2023, SKI Sewer Project Phase 2- Tower Gardens.

The contractor completed installing 25 STEP tanks and 25 house connections to Public Sewer. Those installs and connections completed Drovers Way, Calvert Ct and Calvert RD with the exception of one home.

During the upcoming months and after a few installs and connections on Tower Dr the contractor plans to begin public sewer utility operations on Oxbow Dr and South Lake Dr/ Ct.

Yard Restoration (backfilling & seeding) will be ongoing and continue throughout the properties disturbed by sewer construction.

Electric Meter work will move forward to South Lake Dr/Ct, King George Ct and Tower Drive. Pre-construction meetings are currently being scheduled for King George Ct and Tower Drive.

County Staff has performed a total of 174 Pre-construction meetings and acquired 197 Easements to date.
The contractor has installed 101 STEP Tanks to date.
The contractor has connected 100 houses to the public sewer system to date.
Total phase 2 homes connected to the public sewer system 133 to date.

22-02 Community Mains

Progress for the months of January and February 2023, SKI Sewer Project Phase 3 CM Kentmorr & Queen Anne Colony –

366 LF of 3”, 4” and 6” HDPE pressure sewer main pipe was directional drilled and tied- in .

The contractor installed 17 Division Valves, 9 Air Release Valves and 20 Clean-outs. Currently, the contractor is finishing up tie-ins in the Kentmorr area.
