STEP

Contractor installed 2 tanks on Margaret, one on Olive Branch, and one on Harford. We also acquired 7 more easements this week. The staff has acquired 313 easements to date, this is about 40% of the total homes to be served in phase one. Contractor has conducted homeowner meetings on Maryland, Margaret, Harford, and Olive Branch this week, tanks to follow.

Community

Contractor installed about 1100 feet of 3″ HDPE sewer mains on Alleghany and Claiborne road this week by open cut and HDD. Work is continuing next week on Ackerman and Margaret roads.

Transmission

The big news for this week was the RT 50 bore and 24″ pipe pull back. Contractor completed this on Thursday. This operation will be moving to Great Neck Road for the next direction drill of 1900 feet from Great Neck Road south to Friendship Lane. The drill is set up behind barrier walls on RT 8. Please use caution in this area.
