STEP

Contractor installed 4 tanks for the week. That puts the total tanks installed to 102. Contractor will continue to install tanks on Tennessee next week. County staff also acquired 3 more easement to bring the total to 540 which is about 70% completed. 

Community

Contractor installed about 1800 lf of pipe by the open cut and HDD method along Oregon Road and Bay Drive; contractor will finish out installing main lines on Oregon next week. 

Transmission

Contractor installed about 200 lf of pipe by the open cut method to connect the last two drill shots. They will continue to install pipe North along RT8 to a crossover point near the Bay Bridge airport. There will be a road crossing and lane closures involved with this crossing. The crossing should take place late next week or the week of 8-7-17. We will know more mid next week due to the amount of existing utilities that are involved to be crossed.
