Step

The contractor installed 4 STEP tanks for the week on Penny Lane and Howard Road. They also drilled 1,011lf of 1″ pressure sewer line on Wicomico Road.  This week, the contractor worked on yard restorations on Penny Lane and Howard Road.  The contractor installed 05 electric meter replacement / modifications on Margaret Road this week.  County Staff has acquired 736 easements and has conducted 413 pre-construction meetings to date.

Community

The contractor installed 5 curb stops and 84lf of 1″ service tubing on Bay Drive, Penny Lane, Virginia, Allegany, Wicomico and Kent Roads for the week. The contractor performed Hydrostatic testing in Phase C, Kent Island Estates- West.

The contractor completed final grading and stabilization of the Matapex site.
