Step

The contractor installed 3 STEP tanks for the week on Penny Lane, Pennick Drive and Howard Road. They also drilled 230lf of 1″ pressure sewer line on Kent and Washington Road.  This week, the contractor worked on yard restorations on Howard Road.  The contractor installed 05 electric meter replacement / modifications on Margaret Road this week. The contractor plans to continue with electric meter installs on Margaret Road and Pennick Drive next week.   County Staff has acquired 738 easements and has conducted 416 pre-construction meetings to date.

The contractor completed Hydrostatic pressure testing in Phase C, Kent Island Estates- West.
