STEP

This week, the contractor completed 5 Public Sewer house connections and installed four STEP tanks on Queen Anne Road.  Five STEP assemblies with pumps were installed on Queen Anne Road in addition to 92LF of 4” gravity sewer line installed to those individual homes.  The contractor completed 6 septic tank abandonments.  Five control panels were placed by the contractor along with the installation of 1,269LF of electrical conduit and 1″ pressure sewer line.  The contractor continues with daily yard stabilization and restorations.  Next week, the contractor will continue utility operations on Queen Anne Road, additional locations will be posted; drilling 1” service lines, installing STEP tanks and house connections.  County staff has performed 623 pre- construction meetings and acquired 756 easements to date.
