STEP

The contractor has completed 3 house connections to the Public Sewer System on Queen Anne Road. Four STEP tanks were installed on Queen Anne Road.  Three STEP assemblies with pumps were installed in addition to 135LF of 4” gravity sewer line installed to those individual homes.  The contractor completed 5 septic tank abandonments.  Three control panels were placed by the contractor along with the installation of 974LF of electrical conduit and 1″ pressure sewer line.  On Wicomico Road the contractor worked on completing 6 electric meter replacements /modifications.  The contractor continues with daily yard stabilization and restorations.  Next week, the contractor will continue utility operations on Queen Anne Road, additional locations will be posted; drilling 1” service lines, installing STEP tanks and house connections.  County staff has performed 622 pre- construction meetings and acquired 756 easements to date.
