SKI Project Update 12.6.19

STEP

For the weeks ending 11/29 and 12/6/19 the contractor completed 6 house connections to the Public Sewer System and installed Five STEP tanks on Queen Anne and North Lake Road.   The contractor installed 244 LF of 4” gravity sewer line to those individual homes along with completing 4 septic tank abandonments.  Five control panels were placed by the contractor including the installation of 1,011 LF of electrical conduit and 1″ pressure sewer line.   On Talbot and Queen Anne Roads the contractor worked on completing 15 electric meter replacements /modifications with disconnects.  The contractor continues with daily yard stabilization and restorations.  Next week, the contractor will continue utility operations; drilling 1” service lines, installing STEP tanks and house connections on Queen Anne Road.  Additional locations shall be posted.  County staff has performed 644 pre- construction meetings and acquired 756 easements to date.
