STEP
Contractor installed 5 tanks for the month and ran 1403lf of 1” pressure pipe from 13 previously installed tanks to the street. This brings the number of tanks installed to 225 to date. This equates to 28% of the contract price paid out with about 30% of the contract time used. The Contractor plans on installing tanks next week on Talbot Road. They are also planning on installing 1” pressure pipe from previously installed tanks on Maryland Road.

Community
The contractor installed 125 curb stops on Pennick, Olive Branch, Margaret, and Touhey roads last month. They also installed about 3000lf of 1” service tubing to these 125 properties. That equates to about 78% of contract cost paid out with about 60% of contract time being used. The contractor will continue installing curb stops and 1” service tubing on Queen Anne, Brick House and Baltimore roads next month.

Transmission
The contractor finished installing pipe at the treatment plant and connected the last gap of pipe. We now have a complete run of pipe from Romancoke Pier to the Waste Water treatment plant in Stevensville. The contractor will be installing the remaining air-release valves and inline clean-outs next month. They have also started filling the line with water to conduct the required pressure testing. This equates to about 90% of contract cost paid out with about 60% of contract time being used. The contractor will continue filling and testing next month.
