SKI Project Update 08.10.18

Step

The contractor installed 3 STEP tanks for the week on Claiborne and Long Point Roads.  They also drilled 646lf of 1″ pressure sewer line on North Lake Road.  The contractor worked on yard restorations on Long Point Road.  Next week, weather permitting the contractor will continue drill shots on North Lake Road and STEP tank installs on Claiborne and Long Point Roads.   The contractor installed 10 electric meter replacement / modifications on Pennick and Claiborne Roads this week.  The contractor plans to continue with electric meter installs on Pennick and Claiborne Roads next week.    County Staff has acquired 718 easements and has conducted 392 pre-construction meetings to date.

Community

The contractor installed 31 curb stops with 673lf of 1″ service lines on Oregon and Beach Roads for the week.  The contractor will continue curb stop placements on Oregon and Beach Roads next week.  The contractor worked on shoulder restoration this week on Tennessee Road.   The contractor has completed 95% continuity testing in Phase C.

Transmission

The contractor and inspector continues to work on the on-going punch list items.
