STEP

The contractor installed 19 tanks for the month, bringing the total installed to 85. That is about 10% of the tanks to be installed. Staff continues to acquire easements and meet with homeowners for pre-tank installations. Tanks will continue to be installed on Oregon Road after the 4^th.

Community

Contractor installed about 12,100 lf of pipe by the open cut and HDD method this month. That will put the total pipe installed to about 46% completed with about 29% of the time used for the contract.  The contractor will be starting to install service connections to each lot on Touhey Road and continuing South. The Contractor will also continue installing main line pipe on Maryland and Elm Street.

Transmission

Contractor installed about 3100 lf of pipe by the open cut and HDD method this month. The last large drill shot was completed on Rte. 8 as well. That will put the total pipe installed to about 62% completed with about 29% of the time used for the contract. The contractor will continue installing pipe along Rte. 8 near the Matapeake Schools next week.
