SKI Project Update 7.13.18

Step
The contractor installed 7 step tanks for the week on Pennick Drive, Olive Branch Road. They also drilled 917lf of 1″ pressure sewer line on Utah Road. The contractor did yard restorations on Pennick Drive and Olive Branch Road. The contractor will continue drill shots on Utah Road next week. The contractor installed 10 electric meter replace / modifications on Penny Lane, Howard and Long Point Roads this week. The contractor plans to continue with electric meter installs on Howard Rd and Penny Lane next week. County Staff has acquired 707 easements and has conducted 368 pre-construction meetings to date.

Community
The contractor installed 29 curb stops for the week with 667lf of 1″ service lines on Tennessee Road and Bay Drive. The contractor will continue curb stop installs on Bay Drive and Oregon Road next week. The contractor has essentially completed continuity testing in Phase A (Romancoke on the Bay) and Phase B (Kent Island Estates- East of Route 8).

Transmission
The contractor and inspector continue to work on the on-going punch list items, which includes completion of the trail restoration from Kentmorr to Queens Colony High Road.
